Your responsibilities with us

As a fitter, you are the face of our company on the construction site. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and works properly for our customers.

• Independent assembly and installation of systems (heating, plumbing or ventilation).

• Carrying out commissioning and functional checks.

• Service and maintenance work for private and commercial customers.

• Close cooperation with project management to ensure smooth construction site operations.

• Local contact person for our customers.

What you bring to the table

We are looking for doers who know their craft and want to grow with us.

• Education: Completed vocational training as a heating engineer, plumber or building services engineer (EFZ or EBA).

• Years of experience You have solid practical experience in assembly (apprentices are also welcome!).

• Mindset: You work accurately, reliably and are a team player.

• Mobility: You hold a valid category B driving licence.

• Language: Good German language skills for communication within the team and with customers.
